Price and Fees

The price is shown on the Mac App Store product page and on the purchase screen, inclusive of Japanese consumption tax. You are responsible for the internet connection charges required to use the macOS application “GRFR” (the “App”). Because this is digital content (a service), no shipping or return shipping charges apply.

Delivery

The feature is enabled immediately after the purchase completes.

Payment Method

In-app purchase using the payment method registered to your Apple Account (credit card, Apple Account balance, carrier billing, and so on). Payments are processed by Apple.

Payment Timing

When the purchase is completed.

Returns, Cancellations, and Termination

Given the nature of digital content, the seller does not accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is complete. This is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges. To request a refund, follow Apple’s refund policy and contact Apple through Report a Problem.
