Bug Reports

Including the following makes it much easier to reproduce the problem.

• Your macOS version
• Your GRFR version (see “GRFR” > “About GRFR” in the menu bar)
• The steps that lead to the problem
• What you expected to happen
• What actually happened (including the text of any error message)

Purchases and Refunds

All payment, billing, and refunds for the in-app purchase are handled by Apple, and the developer cannot issue individual refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple through Report a Problem.
